Father and Daughter Arrested For Having Sex with Each Other

The girl on this photo and her father have been arrested and charged with incest in West Virginia.

A 28-year old man named Kelcey

Nicholas and his step-daughter 18-year old daughter, Lataura Jarrett, have been arrested by the police and charged with incest for having sexual relationship with each other even though they are not related by blood but they are both over the age of consent.

The two reportedly face 15 years jail term.

Kelcey married Lataura's mother about 5-years ago and authorities confirmed that she calls Kelcey 'father'.

According to the state law, a daughter is the natural daughter of a person’s husband or wife — and Kelcey Nicholas is still Jarrett’s mother husband, Hopkins said.
